His cheese-making skills also make him a very admirable person. Thanks to his unique horseradish cheese sauce, I now have hair on my chest. People underestimate Andrew Butcher. They think he is a hard studier, when really he is constantly researching a faster and easier way to make his cheeses. I love his cheese. I have been asking him for years to make a brinza, which is a native cheese of Romania, but the sly dog always turns me down. I wish him nothing but the best in his quest for cheese perfection.
